| Human-mouse Gene Searcher |
| This was a post-doc project funded by Action Research at the Institute of Child Health. It was a dynamic site linked which linked human and mouse phenotype ontologies with a view to finding candidate genes responsible for malformation in humans. I designed and built all the server and client side code. The server side was coded in Java (servlets and JSP) running on Apache in the Tomcat servlet container. |

| The main search interface (below) was a sophisticated applet (JApplet) with drag and drop functionality. |
